Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of commercial, industrial and institutional construction projects across Bengaluru. You will be the primary point of accountability for schedule, cost, quality and safety on your projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead project delivery from mobilisation through practical completion and handover
• Develop and maintain master project schedules (MS Project / Primavera P6)
• Manage contractor and consultant relationships on behalf of the client
• Chair weekly progress meetings and produce accurate weekly/monthly reports
• Monitor and control project costs against approved budget; flag variances early
• Ensure EHS compliance across all site activities; enforce PPMC safety standards
• Coordinate design queries, RFIs and variations through to resolution
• Manage stakeholder communications including client, authorities and adjoining occupiers

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 10+ years of post-graduate experience in PMC or contracting roles
• Track record of managing projects above ₹50 Cr in value
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6
• Strong understanding of Indian construction contracts (FIDIC / CPWD / bespoke)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• PMP / Prince2 certification
• Experience in industrial or pharmaceutical sector builds
• MBA (Construction / Project Management)
